Governance
The North Wales Shared Prosperity Programme is governed by the Shared Prosperity Fund: North Wales Collaboration Board.
The Collaboration Board is the governing board responsible for any decisions required for the successful delivery and implementation of the Shared Prosperity Fund North Wales Programme. It shall also oversee and help to facilitate the lawful allocation of the fund.
Collaboration Board Membership
Each local authority has appointed a Relevant Representative and one or more deputies. The Relevant Representatives and their deputies are officials with sufficient responsibility to make decisions for and on behalf of the relevant local authority.
Advisory Members
The following organisations may be invited to attend meetings of the Collaboration Board in an advisory capacity as deemed necessary by the Chair.
- Ambition North Wales, Portfolio Management Office
- North Wales Regional Skills Partnership
- Welsh Government (North Wales)
- UK Government
- Welsh Local Government Association
The members of the Shared Prosperity Fund: North Wales Co-ordination Group – including the officers employed by Cyngor Gwynedd on behalf of the Parties to manage and administer the Programme – will also be present to support, advise and report to the Collaboration Board.
