UKSPF Allocation for 2025-26 confirmed

As announced in the Autumn Budget on 30 October, the UK Shared Prosperity Fund will be extended for 2025-26 at a reduced level of £900 million.

The 2025-26 allocation for lead local authorities, including North Wales, have now been published and can be found HERE.

• The 2025-26 UKSPF allocation for North Wales will be £42,416,709.
• The 2025-26 allocation can be used to support investment in activities from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Underspends

We have received confirmation that the expenditure deadline of 31 March 2025 for UKSPF funding allocated for 2022-25 remains the same and will not be extended. Any UKSPF funding from the 2022-25 allocation that has not been spent on activities that take place by 31 March 2025 will be returned to UK Government.
