Grant recipients are reminded of the requirements for submitting a final claim. To ensure the claim is processed smoothly, the following three documents must be included:

  1. Claim form (Excel)
  2. Final Progress Report
  3. Evaluation Report (Draft or Final)

Only submissions that include all three documents will be considered complete. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
